Get help with learning activities, sound, the lifetime unlock, or restoring a previous App Store purchase.

Lifetime unlock

unlock_lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase. It does not renew automatically.

Restore purchase

Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the same Apple Account that completed the purchase.

Purchase pending

Keep the device online, reopen the app, then try Restore Purchases. Apple may take a short time to finish verification.

Sound assistance

Check media volume, Silent Mode and the device audio output. Reopen the activity after changing the audio settings.

Contact support

Include your device model, iOS/iPadOS version and a short description of what happened. Never send your Apple Account password.
